If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us immediately and we will promptly take care of the problem to your complete satisfaction. With-in 15 Days: An Unconditional "No Questions Asked" refund. Prior return authorization required. Unconditional Moneyback guarantee on "as shown" art products only. After 15 days: 100% merchandise exchange or moneyback less a 30% restocking fee. "As Shown" Art Products: Within 30 days, 100% exchange or 30% restocking fee for moneyback. We cannot accept the following returns: Any custom ordered products unless the wrong product was shipped. If any products were received damaged by the delivery company, Dasher Murals, LTD. will assist you in filing a claim against the delivery company. Dasher Murals, LTD. customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items in the original shipping containers. Packages must ship via insured carrier such as FedEx or UPS at the customer's expense. Refunds for the item(s) purchase price will be credited promptly upon receipt of merchandise in new condition.
